- Sealed Bid Forms (properties for public bidding) together with the 10% bid bond shall be received by SB Corp from 8:00am to 10:00am on June 4, 2024. Other bids submitted beyond 10:00am shall no longer be accepted/considered.
- The Bid Bond must be enclosed in an envelope, sealed and marked as “Bid bond.” The bid envelope shall indicate on its face the asset code number, title/TD number and location of the property to be bidded for the purpose of identifying the bids.
- Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a Manager’s/Cashier’s check issued in Metro Manila
or regional offices payable to the Small Business Corporation in the amount equivalent to 10% of the bid. Please accomplish one (1) Bid Form for each property.
- Properties will be sold “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” and the winning bidder shall take
possession of the property without seeking assistance from SB Corp. Bidders are enjoined to personally inspect/ investigate/verify actual site and genuineness with the Register of Deeds concerned before formally submitting their bids to ascertain their actual condition.
- If for any reason the bidding date is declared a non-working holiday, the public bidding shall be held on the next working day at the same time and place abovementioned.
- In case of failed public bidding, the next or 2nd public bidding will be conducted on 18 June 2024
SB CORP. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS, TO WAIVE ANY FORMALITY THEREIN, ACCEPT SUCH BID AS MAY BE CONSIDERED MOST ADVANTAGEOUS TO THE COMPANY OR CALL OFF A BIDDING PRIOR TO ITS ACCEPTANCE OF THE BIDS AND CALL FOR A NEW BID UNDER AMENDED RULES. THE DECISION OF SBC IS FINAL AND BINDING. All sales are subject to approval by the Asset Recovery and Collection Committee and the confirmation by the SB CORP. Board of Directors for assets more than P 3.0MM
