STEP 1. Prepare the following requirements

For Small Sari-Sari Stores

  • Government-issued ID
  • Bank account or electronic money account
  • Barangay Business Permit 2019 or 2020
  • Two (2) photos of business signage and inventories, or fixed assets (Jpeg format)

For Big  Big Sari-Sari Stores/Mini Groceries/Convenience Stores

  • Government-issued ID
  • Bank account or electronic money account
  • Mayor’s Permit 2019 or 2020
  • Two (2) photos of business signage and inventories, or fixed assets (Jpeg format)

For  Medium-sized grocery/convenience stores; dealers and small distributors

  • Government-issued ID
  • Bank account or electronic money account
  • Mayor’s Permit 2018, 2019, and 2020
  • For loans of PhP1.0 million and above, must submit latest BIR-filed Balance Sheet (e.g. 2020) to ascertain that the business is not a large enterprise
  • For corporations & partnerships only: Secretary’s Certificate re: authorization to borrow, where the President/CEO or an alternative CFO or a Managing Partner is the principal borrower

 

STEP 2. TYPE www.bayanihancares.ph on your internet browser to start your application.

STEP 3. CREATE a borrower account by completing the personal and enterprise information required.

STEP 4. CHOOSE STAPLES  staples from the menu of loan programs on the online borrower system

STEP 5. INPUT your FMCG REFERENCE NUMBER

Your “FMCG assigned Reference Number” is your “Customer/Account Code” indicated in your Sales Invoice.  Or you may contact your designated salesman or distributor using the details indicated in the sales invoice to get your “Customer/Account Code”

STEP 5. COMPLETE the online application and attach the required documents.
