In compliance with the Freedom of Information (FOI) Program under Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016, Small Business Corporation (SB Corp) commits to disseminate information to the public involving public interest and to release information upon request subject to the limitations provided by the Constitution, applicable laws, rules, regulations and procedures, such as Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act and the FOI List of Exceptions, among others. 

To file an FOI request, please submit the following to any SB Corp FOI Receiving office or via e-mail at communicationsteam@sbcorp.gov.ph:

1. Accomplished FOI Request Form (2 copies for personal filing; 1 copy for filing via-email)

2. Copy of government-issued ID with photo and signature
