The Department of Trade and Industry-Small Business Corporation (DTI-SBCorp) and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the OFW Negosyo Fund Program, reinforcing government efforts to empower Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families through entrepreneurship and enterprise development.

 
The ceremonial signing was led by DTI 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐀. 𝐑𝐨𝐪𝐮𝐞, DMW Secretary Hans Leo Cacdac, OWWA Administrator Patricia Yvonne “PY” Caunan, and SBCorp President Bobby Bastillo.
 
The partnership aims to expand access to financial assistance and business opportunities for OFWs, supporting their transition toward sustainable livelihood and long-term financial stability.
